Sometimes inspiration hits me and I just have to create something. And whether I’ve thought the project all the way through or not, doesn’t really matter because when inspiration hits I’ve got to do it! So here is a collection of design and art projects I’ve taken on over the last couple of years. Enjoy!

A short film I put together for my best-friend who moved away to California!

This was a short piece me and a group put together for our visual storytelling class.  The assignment was to produce a short tourism video spot for Richmond Virginia!

These are just a few of the re-branding communication pieces I did for my fraternity. They were created as a tool to help conceptualize a new contemporary communication for the organization during our intake process. These pieces specifically where created to drive prospective member to our Truth Be Told website.

This was a t-shirt design I wanted to create after doing a creative exploration project on Brooklyn. The design is hand sketched and the words within the letters are a spoken word poem on the essence of the historic city.

This is just a quick look at a website redesign I did for my fraternity. Its just a concept of how I would like the website to operate and serves more as a visual example than it does as a blueprint to create the site. My vision was that it would operate in flash and that all of the clickable options on the page would have small subtle animated movements. I wanted it to take an over the top and whimsical feel to accent the personality of the organization!

This was a scholarship creation I did for the brandcenter. I’m not real sure where I was going with this concept but it made perfect sense to me at the time. I came up with the concept and finished the design at 3 AM in the morning so that might be where the disconnection was made! You can come up with some crazy ideas when only half of your brain is functioning.
